Does MarkMyScriptures work on my new, state of the art device?
With the proliferation of new devices we don't always know if MarkMyScriptures
will work on your new device. There are a few basic requirements for
MarkMyScriptures: your device must run either the Palm or Windows
operating system, and it must have a touch interactive screen. Even
meeting these requirements, some devices will not run MarkMyScriptures
perfectly. This is why we offer the free trial
version. If the free trial version works on your device, so will the
registered version. If the free trial doesn't work, delete it from your
device. The registered version will not work or provide any functionality
that is not in the trial version. Does
MarkMyScriptures work on the Blackberry devices?
No. The Blackberry devices do not use the Windows or Palm OS. They
use a Linux based OS which is not compatible with either version of
MarkMyScriptures. We do not currently have plans to develop a Linux based
version of MarkMyScriptures.

I found a bug. How do I report it?
To report a bug, click here. In order to help us find the bug in the
coding, please let us know if it is recreate-able. What triggers the
bug? Does it happen every time? What type of device are you using,
and what version of MarkMyScriptures? This information will help us find
the bug more quickly. Upgrades are free, so when we put out a stronger
version of MarkMyScriptures please download it and enjoy the fixes. |
