MarkMyScriptures was originally designed to make scripture reading on your PDA as easy as if you held your paper scriptures in your hands.   It has now expanded to include many other documents.   You can even create your own user friendly files with MakeMyScriptures.  Use the navigation, marking and other features of MarkMyScriptures with all these documents!

MarkMyScriptures Features:

• Quick Navigate:  Our pre-indexed scripture files feature on-screen buttons and pull down menus that allow you to select the book, chapter and verse you want to view.  Completing your selections places you at your destination automatically.  Locate any passage in seconds!   Other formatted files available at lds.org also have book and chapter navigation. See our MakeMyScriptures page for information on creating additional indexed files!  

• Underline:  Underline text with your stylus and see it underlined on the screen. Now in color, including color highlighting and text!  Black and white Palms^®:  variegated underline styles, and reverse highlighting.

• Notes:  Tap the screen with your stylus to insert a note.  Insert one note or several per verse.  Insert them at any point in the text.  (All notes and underlines are saved when you hot sync.)

• Topics and Indexes:  Organize your favorite scriptures for quick reference, or outline a lesson.  Choose the "Add to Topics" option in the note dialog box and MarkMyScriptures copies that scripture to you topical list.  Add notes or study references here too.  Topics and indexes are saved when you hotsync.  Copy a topical index to memo and print a hard copy with the Palm^® desktop application.  For more details about this feature, click here.

• Scripture History:  When you move from one reference to another, go back to your previous position with one stylus stroke. Draw a backward line to the left of the "D" button to return to your previous position, a forward line takes you to your former position.  Up to 30 position changes are remembered!

• Simple bookmarks:  Unlike other DOC readers, which make you create a new bookmark each time you're done reading; MarkMyScriptures lets you create a bookmark, and reposition it as you read.

• Memory Card:  Transfer your MarkMyScriptures documents to your  memory card for convenient  storage.  

• Categorize your DOC files.

• Find/Search Notes:  Find passages by entering a key word or phrase in the search dialog box OR choose to search the text of your inserted notes.

• Scroll:   Adjustable speed smooth scroll lets you read at your own pace.  If you prefer still text, page up/down to read.

• Fonts:  Choose small or large letters, plain or bold text depending on your vision preference.  

• Copy and Paste to the Palm^® Clipboard/Memo Pad:  Paste notes, scripture verses, and topical indexes to the Memo pad and print them with your Palm^® desktop software.

• More...  Find previous/next while searching, find previous/next mark,  delete documents, cut and paste between notes, optional document scroll bar, optional page up/down -1 line, remember your last position in a document, more features added as new options become available...  Always user friendly throughout!
