If you have already downloaded the MarkMyScriptures program file to read the PDA documents at lds.org, you may wish to download the free scripture file as well.  The scripture contains the King James Version of the Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, the Pearl of Great Price and the Articles of Faith.  You must use the scripture file from our website in order to take advantage of MarkMyScriptures program features such as quick navigation, underlining, note insertion, and bookmarking. 

Our free scripture file does not contain the chapter headings, footnotes, Index, Topical Guide and Bible Dictionary because these items are still copyrighted.   However, you can download these files using the MMSWeb utility.  For more information, click here.  The complete scriptures will be one of the free download files at lds.org at some time in the future, but there is no release date set for that file.
